Joint-stock company PROPERTY TRUST a.s. was created in the year of 2012. The company’s main purpose is collective investing in the real estate market. This includes designing, constructing and developing real estates in the Prague 9 – Čakovice area and its close neighbourhood. Our company’s aim is to develop high quality commercial properties with a particular emphasis on the integration of greens into every project. The Chairman of the Board and the company’s CEO is Mr Jaroslav Pokorný, who is in charge of the company´s further growth and development.
