Between the years 2001 and 2009, we have begun a massive reconstruction of an old brownfield industry site in Prague 9 – Čakovice. We have successfuly finished the reconstruction in 2004 and offered the new premises for lease to businesses in need of offices, storage, production and showroom. Our success was followed by a visit of the President of the Czech Republic, Mr Vávlav Klaus, in the same year. Industry park IMPERA now serves as a production hub with more premises still under construction and on the way.
